I'm So Excited Yeah Yeah!!

 

OMG I AM SOOOOO EXCITED!! 

Why may you ask? Because after months of thinking and pondering about whether or not I should do a fitness course, I decided to take a leap of faith and sign up. Yep, I'm officially a fitness student which comes with a certificate 4 in nutrition. I'm so excited. I never thought I sign up and do a fitness course well because I hated sports in high school but loved the gym once I left high school. I'm not saying I'm crazy obsessed because let's be real, I haven't been to the gym for a very long time. So, I signed up to the gym like last week, brought gym clothes and now starting a fitness course to be a personal trainer. I know, I'm crazy! haha!! 

So, let's continue this course on the fact I am going to list some items I think you should take to the gym. Feel free to comment below what you think I missed out. 

  • Headphones - i love the wireless ones that fit inside your ears. You can purchase from big w.
  • Booty Bands - Let's be honest I haven't used mine yet, but I will this week. 
  • Mobile - For the obvious reasons and to listen to music
  • Backpack - Something to carry all your stuff in.
  • Towel - To lay down on the machines so you don't get sweat everywhere
  • Work Out Bands - Similar to booty bands but you can work out your legs and etc.
  • Drink - I like to take a sports drink of my choice. 
  • Protein Bar - For when you finish you can snack on a protein bar. 
What you think? Did I do good or what?? I think I covered everything I needed to cover. 
I'll have a blog post when I start my fitness course so stay tuned for that and I might do a review about the college I went through to do my course when I finish it.
